TCS recognised as Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise

Mon, Mar 19 2018

TCS was recognised as one of India’s Most Admired Knowledge Enterprises for 2017 at the KM India Summit organised by CII in Bengaluru. This is the 13th year of continued recognition for TCS.

TCS has also won the Asian MAKE award for the 13th time and the Global IOU MAKE award for the 8th time in a row. TCS is one of the two companies to receive the highest nominations for the Global IOU MAKE award in 2017.

The theme of the summit was Digital Transformation 2.0: Data & KM. The summit focussed on evolving disruptive business models, revitalising learning and re-defining customer experience.

On being recognised with these awards, A. Srinivasan, Vice President and Head of KM, TCS said: “We observed a huge opportunity in the data and information available within the organisation that could be leveraged to identify user needs and deliver knowledge - in context and in time. And we did just that – putting people and service delivery at the front, with KM as the enterprise catalyst. I take lot of pride and pleasure in conveying to every TCSer that we are a globally admired knowledge enterprise. My heartiest congratulations to each and every one of you.”

About MAKE Awards
Teleos, in association with The KNOW Network, established the Global MAKE research program in 1998, to identify and recognise organisations that create shareholder/stakeholder wealth, by transforming new as well as existing enterprise knowledge into superior products, services or solutions. The Indian MAKE is awarded by the Confederation of Indian Industries on behalf of Teleos and KNOW Network. The Asian MAKE study was established in 2002, to recognise organisations founded and headquartered in Asia.
